These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of annuitymatchpro.com (the "Site") and any services offered through it (the "Service"), operated by Annuity Match Pro. By accessing or using the Site or Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Annuity Match Pro is an advertising and lead-matching service. We connect visitors who have expressed interest in fixed indexed annuities and related insurance products with one or more licensed insurance agents or agencies in our matching network. We do not sell insurance, provide insurance advice, or act as an insurance agency.

2. Not Licensed for Insurance, Investment, Tax, or Legal Advice

Annuity Match Pro is not an insurance company, insurance agency, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, or law firm. Nothing on the Site constitutes insurance, financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any information provided is for educational and informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified, licensed professional before making any financial decisions.

The agents in our network are independent and are not employed by, controlled by, or affiliated with Annuity Match Pro. Annuity Match Pro may receive compensation from agents or agencies for matches, which may influence which agents you are matched with. Not all available products, agents, or carriers in your state are represented in our network. You are under no obligation to purchase any product or service from any agent we match you with.

7. Product Disclosures

Fixed indexed annuities (FIAs) are insurance products issued by insurance companies. They are not investments and are not registered with the SEC or any state securities agency. FIAs are not FDIC insured, not bank guaranteed, and not deposits of any bank or financial institution. Guarantees referenced on the Site are backed by the financial strength and claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company and do not apply to the performance of any index or the product itself.

Any illustrations, projections, or calculations shown on the Site are hypothetical and for educational purposes only. They do not represent any specific product and are not guarantees of future performance. Actual results will vary. Surrender charges may apply to withdrawals taken during the surrender charge period. Withdrawals before age 59-1/2 may be subject to a 10% federal tax penalty. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
